5. Sleeper and Third-Party Fantasy Information

LeagueZap uses Sleeper as its fantasy football data provider.

Sleeper independently maintains information concerning fantasy leagues, managers, teams, rosters, drafts, transactions, matchups, scores, standings, and related activities.

LeagueZap retrieves and displays certain information from Sleeper to operate its affiliated league websites and maintain competition records.

Information maintained by Sleeper is subject to Sleeper’s own terms and privacy practices.

LeagueZap does not control Sleeper’s collection, storage, retention, or disclosure of information.

Deleting a LeagueZap account does not automatically delete information independently maintained by Sleeper.

Similarly, changes made to a Sleeper account may not immediately appear on LeagueZap because information may be temporarily cached or retained as part of legitimate historical competition records.

6. LeagueSafe and Financial Information

Participating LeagueZap leagues may require entry fees or dues and may award monetary prizes.

League dues and prize funds are collected, held, and distributed through LeagueSafe, an independent third-party service.

Drive Line Unlimited does not collect, hold, or maintain custody or direct control of league dues or prize funds.

Prize distributions are subject to an end-of-season majority approval vote and applicable LeagueSafe procedures.

LeagueSafe independently administers financial transactions and maintains financial information according to its own terms and privacy policies.

LeagueZap does not ordinarily collect or store payment-card numbers, banking credentials, or other financial account information associated with LeagueSafe transactions.

LeagueZap may maintain or display limited information concerning league prize structures, competition results, awards, and prize recipients when reasonably necessary to administer or document affiliated league competitions.

Individuals using LeagueSafe should review that service’s applicable terms and privacy practices.

7. Service Providers

LeagueZap uses third-party service providers to support website operations.

LeagueZap will not rely on historical preservation as a blanket justification for retaining personal information when applicable law requires its deletion.

Account deletion does not remove information independently maintained by Sleeper, LeagueSafe, or other third-party services.

Individuals seeking deletion of information maintained by those services may need to contact the relevant provider directly.

12. Privacy Rights and Requests

Individuals may contact LeagueZap regarding personal information associated with their accounts or participation in affiliated leagues.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, requests may include:
