TERMS OF USE

1. About LeagueZap

LeagueZap is an independently operated fantasy football organization bringing together affiliated leagues, managers, and commissioners within a shared competitive community.

LeagueZap.com serves as the organization’s official website, providing league information, standings, matchups, historical records, member services, community features, and other fantasy football content.

LeagueZap is designed, funded, maintained, and operated through Drive Line Unlimited, an informal collaborative effort rather than a separately incorporated business entity.

References to “LeagueZap,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean the operation of LeagueZap.com through Drive Line Unlimited.

LeagueZap is not a general-purpose fantasy league hosting service. Participation in the organization is limited to approved members of its affiliated leagues and other individuals expressly authorized by LeagueZap administration.

LeagueZap may change its structure, participating leagues, features, and operating arrangements as the organization develops.

2. Eligibility and Membership

You must be at least 18 years old to register for a LeagueZap account or participate as an approved member.

By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement and are legally permitted to use the services for which you register.

Creating an account does not automatically establish membership in the LeagueZap organization.

Approved membership may depend on verified participation in an affiliated fantasy football league or authorization from LeagueZap administration.

LeagueZap may establish reasonable procedures for confirming league participation and determining eligibility for member-only features.

Registration does not guarantee approval, continued membership, or access to any particular feature.

Participation in individual leagues may be subject to additional eligibility requirements, including applicable laws governing paid fantasy football competitions.

3. Accounts and Account Security

Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and taking reasonable precautions to protect their accounts.

You may not:

• Access another person’s account without authorization.
• Impersonate another manager, commissioner, or administrator.
• Create accounts for fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
• Circumvent authentication or security controls.
• Transfer accounts in a manner that misrepresents their ownership.
• Use additional accounts to evade restrictions or suspensions.
• Intentionally provide false information to obtain membership privileges.

LeagueZap may require reasonable verification when resolving account ownership or identity disputes.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you believe your account has been compromised, you should notify LeagueZap promptly.

4. Usernames and Fantasy Identities

LeagueZap usernames identify members within the organization.

A username is an account identifier and does not create an exclusive property right in that name.

LeagueZap may reserve, reject, modify, reclaim, or reassign usernames when reasonably necessary to prevent impersonation, resolve legitimate identity disputes, protect established fantasy identities, or maintain the integrity of its membership system.

Relevant considerations may include historical league participation, established fantasy-platform identities, commissioner records, team ownership, and other reasonably available evidence.

LeagueZap retains authority over username assignments within its own services.

Nothing in this section determines ownership of legal names, trademarks, or other rights outside LeagueZap.

5. League Governance and Constitutions

LeagueZap consists of affiliated fantasy football leagues, each of which may operate under its own constitution, competition rules, commissioner procedures, and administrative arrangements.

Individual league constitutions may govern:

• League membership and team ownership.
• Rosters and scoring.
• Divisions and scheduling.
• Drafts and transactions.
• Playoff qualification and championship formats.
• League dues and prize allocations.
• Commissioner authority.
• Competition disputes.
• Historical corrections and records.

The applicable league constitution controls league-specific competition matters, subject to applicable law and any expressly applicable organization-wide rules.

LeagueZap administration retains authority over the website, member accounts, access permissions, organization-wide policies, and the operation of LeagueZap services.

Commissioner decisions and league-specific disputes should ordinarily be addressed through the procedures established by the applicable league.

LeagueZap may intervene when necessary to protect the organization, enforce its policies, or address matters affecting multiple affiliated leagues.

6. Fantasy Football Information and Sleeper

LeagueZap obtains and displays fantasy football information from Sleeper, an independent third-party fantasy football platform.

This information may include:

• League configurations.
• Team identities and ownership.
• Rosters and lineups.
• Draft selections.
• Transactions.
• Matchups and scores.
• Standings.
• Playoff information.
• Fantasy player information.

Sleeper remains the authoritative source for fantasy information maintained by its platform.

LeagueZap may temporarily cache, organize, format, or display this information to operate its website.

Although we make reasonable efforts to present accurate information, third-party data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, incorrect, or subsequently changed.

When LeagueZap’s display conflicts with authoritative Sleeper records, the underlying Sleeper information generally controls for provider-managed data.

LeagueZap-specific awards, historical recognition, administrative determinations, and competition rules may be governed separately by the applicable league constitution or organization-wide policies.

LeagueZap does not guarantee that every displayed statistic, standing, matchup, or fantasy result will be continuously available or error-free.

7. League Dues, Prize Funds, and LeagueSafe

Certain LeagueZap-affiliated leagues may require entry fees or dues and may award monetary prizes.

League dues and prize funds are collected, held, and distributed through LeagueSafe, an independent third-party service.

Drive Line Unlimited does not collect, hold, maintain custody of, or directly control league dues or prize funds.

At the conclusion of the applicable season, prize distributions are subject to approval through a majority vote conducted in accordance with the applicable league’s rules and LeagueSafe’s procedures.

LeagueSafe administers the custody and distribution of funds under its own terms, policies, and procedures.

LeagueZap may publish league prize information, competition results, and prize allocations for informational purposes.

LeagueZap and Drive Line Unlimited do not independently guarantee that LeagueSafe will complete a particular payment or distribution.

Questions concerning the custody, processing, or release of funds by LeagueSafe may need to be addressed directly with LeagueSafe.

Commissioners and participants remain responsible for complying with applicable league rules and legal requirements governing their participation.

LeagueZap does not authorize unlawful gambling or participation in fantasy contests where prohibited by applicable law.

8. Public League Information and Private Member Information

LeagueZap maintains both public-facing fantasy football information and restricted member services.

Public information may include:

• League names and identities.
• Team names and fantasy-platform usernames.
• Team ownership information.
• Rosters and draft results.
• Transactions.
• Matchups and scores.
• Standings.
• Championships.
• Awards and historical accomplishments.

Certain member information, including protected member profiles and account details, may require authentication and approved membership.

Private account information, such as passwords, authentication credentials, and nonpublic email addresses, is not intended for public display.

Participation in an affiliated league may result in fantasy-related information appearing publicly, including information obtained from Sleeper.

9. Historical League Records

Preserving the history of LeagueZap’s affiliated leagues is an important organizational purpose.

Historical records may include:

• League participation.
• Team ownership.
• Draft results.
• Transactions.
• Matchups and scores.
• Standings.
• Championships.
• Awards.
• Season records.
• Manager accomplishments.
• Other factual competition history.

Deleting or terminating a LeagueZap account does not necessarily require removal of legitimate historical competition records.

LeagueZap may preserve such records when reasonably necessary to maintain the accuracy, continuity, and integrity of its league history, subject to applicable privacy and other laws.

Where appropriate, identifying account information may be removed, anonymized, or disconnected from historical records.

Historical preservation does not override privacy rights or legal requirements that apply to particular information.

10. Community Conduct and Acceptable Use

LeagueZap encourages competition, rivalries, sportsmanship, and interaction among its members.

Friendly competition and ordinary fantasy football trash talk are part of the community.

However, members must not use LeagueZap to engage in harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful conduct.

Prohibited activities include:

• Threats, stalking, or targeted harassment.
• Discriminatory abuse.
• Impersonation or identity fraud.
• Unauthorized disclosure of another person’s private information.
• Spam or malicious communications.
• Unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
• Attempts to exploit security vulnerabilities.
• Distribution of malware.
• Circumvention of access restrictions.
• Fraudulent manipulation of member identities.
• Interference with website operations.
• Unlawful activities.
• Repeated conduct that materially disrupts the community.

LeagueZap may take reasonable action against conduct that threatens member safety, website security, or the integrity of the organization, even when the specific conduct is not expressly listed above.

11. Member-Submitted Content

LeagueZap may permit members to submit profile information, images, comments, posts, league materials, and other content.

Members retain whatever ownership rights they legally possess in their original submissions.

By submitting content for use on LeagueZap, you grant LeagueZap a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, technically modify, display, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate the relevant LeagueZap features.

This license does not transfer ownership of your original content to LeagueZap.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit the content.

LeagueZap may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, infringes another person’s rights, creates security concerns, or is otherwise inappropriate for the organization.

12. LeagueZap Content and Intellectual Property

LeagueZap includes original branding, graphics, designs, written materials, website content, and other intellectual property.

Except for third-party materials and member-owned content, the applicable rights in LeagueZap-created materials remain with their respective owners.

Members may use LeagueZap content for ordinary personal and fantasy-community purposes.

Unauthorized commercial exploitation, misrepresentation, or infringement of LeagueZap’s protected materials is prohibited.

Sleeper, LeagueSafe, NFL-related materials, and other third-party names, trademarks, statistics, images, and content remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

Use of LeagueZap does not grant ownership of LeagueZap branding or intellectual property.

13. Account Restrictions and Enforcement

LeagueZap may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect members, maintain security, comply with law, or preserve organizational integrity.

Depending on the circumstances, actions may include:

• Warnings.
• Content removal.
• Feature restrictions.
• Username corrections or reassignment.
• Temporary suspension.
• Permanent account termination.
• Restrictions on replacement accounts used to evade enforcement.

LeagueZap is not required to use progressive discipline in every situation.

Serious security threats, fraud, harassment, or other harmful conduct may justify immediate action.

Account restrictions do not automatically alter completed fantasy competition results or legitimate historical league records.

League participation and website access may be governed by different procedures.

14. Service Availability and Changes

LeagueZap is independently maintained with limited resources.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website functional but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, immediate technical support, or permanent availability of every feature.

LeagueZap may modify, replace, restrict, or discontinue website features as organizational needs change.

Third-party outages, maintenance, security incidents, or changes to external services may affect availability.

Material changes affecting member rights or obligations may require updated terms or additional notice.

15. No Warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LeagueZap is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

LeagueZap does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free information, uninterrupted access, or suitability for a particular purpose.

Fantasy information and third-party services may contain errors or experience interruptions.

Nothing in this section excludes warranties or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LeagueZap, Drive Line Unlimited, and individuals participating in its operation are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use LeagueZap.

This may include losses associated with:

• Incorrect or delayed fantasy information.
• Website interruptions.
• Account restrictions.
• Fantasy competition decisions.
• Third-party service outages.
• Lost or unavailable website content.
• League disputes.
• Prize-processing issues involving independent third parties.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for reasonable losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from third-party claims to the extent legally attributable to your unlawful conduct, infringement of another person’s rights, or material violation of these Terms.

This provision does not require indemnification where prohibited by applicable law.

18. No Ownership or Employment Relationship

Creating an account, participating in an affiliated league, submitting content, providing feedback, or voluntarily assisting LeagueZap does not by itself create an ownership, employment, partnership, agency, fiduciary, or compensation relationship with LeagueZap or Drive Line Unlimited.

Membership does not confer ownership of LeagueZap’s website, intellectual property, or organizational assets.

Any separate contractual relationship must be expressly established.

19. Privacy

LeagueZap’s collection, use, disclosure, and retention of personal information are described in the LeagueZap Privacy Policy.

Members should review that policy to understand how account information and fantasy football records are handled.

20. Changes to These Terms

LeagueZap may revise these Terms to reflect changes in its organization, services, policies, or applicable law.

The effective date will be updated when revised Terms take effect.

For material changes, LeagueZap may provide additional notice through its website, email, or another reasonable method.

Continued use after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Where additional consent is legally required, LeagueZap will seek it.

21. Severability and No Waiver

If a provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Failure to enforce a provision in one circumstance does not automatically waive the right to enforce it in another.
